These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by London Head Spa. By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift voucher, or receiving a treatment, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Appointments & Booking

All treatments at London Head Spa are provided strictly by appointment.

Appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or authorised booking channels. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

London Head Spa reserves the right to amend, reschedule or decline appointments where necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the 50% deposit being retained.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in the full treatment fee being charged.

We kindly ask that any changes be communicated as soon as possible. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

Late Arrival

Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late may still receive treatment; however, treatment time may be reduced in order to accommodate the schedule while the full treatment fee remains applicable.

Arrival beyond 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being cancelled and the full treatment fee charged.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers are redeemable against the monetary value purchased and may be applied toward any current London Head Spa treatment. If the selected treatment is priced higher at the time of redemption, the difference will be payable.

Lost, stolen or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

Health & Contraindications

Clients must inform London Head Spa of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or scalp concerns prior to treatment.

Certain conditions may make treatment unsuitable. In such cases, London Head Spa reserves the right to decline or modify treatment in the interest of client safety.

Our treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. If pregnancy is disclosed on the day of treatment, we will be unable to proceed with the appointment. In such cases, the full appointment fee will be charged, as the appointment time and resources will have been reserved exclusively for you.

Treatment Outcomes

London Head Spa treatments are designed to support scalp wellness, relaxation and scalp environment optimisation.

Individual responses may vary and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Right to Refuse Service

London Head Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Pricing

Treatment prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Bookings will be honoured at the price confirmed at the time of booking.

Personal Belongings

London Head Spa accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure treatments are carried out safely and professionally, London Head Spa shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions where clients have failed to disclose relevant health information prior to treatment.
